fjern is a UK-based employee resilience platform, currently in pre-launch development. This website is operated by Joe Brown ("we", "us", "our").

Why we collect it

We collect your data for the following purposes:

• Waitlist registration: to let you know when fjern launches and to give you early access
• Product development: to understand what organisations actually need so we can build fjern around real problems
• Communication: to follow up on conversations you've started with us through the website

How we store your data

Form submissions are collected and stored through our website hosting platform (currently Replit). We may also export this data to a private spreadsheet or CRM tool for the purpose of managing communications with you.

Your data is stored securely and access is limited to the fjern founding team only.

How long we keep it

We will keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above.

If fjern does not launch, or if you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it promptly. If you join the waitlist and fjern launches, we will ask for your renewed consent before adding you to any new mailing list or platform.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be processed by the following service providers as part of running this website:

• Replit (website hosting and form collection)
• Google Analytics (anonymous website usage analytics)
• Google Workspace (if we export data to a spreadsheet for internal use)

These providers have their own privacy policies and data protection measures in place.
